Are you familiar with EFT or Tapping as it is also called?

I use it to help with my ADHD.

Great tool to use to calm the amygdala, fight or flight brain, and in doing so change and eliminate most of those limiting beliefs.

Did you know it’s your limiting beliefs that get in the way of using the Law of Attraction principals?

It’s true.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
No matter how many positive affirmations you repeat, you will still be manifesting from lack if your limiting beliefs are not cleared.

I know I had tons of limiting beliefs about myself related to my ADHD.

I can’t finsh anything.
I can’t start anything.
I can’t focus.
I can’t reach my potential.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Lots of “I can’t.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
